1873 springfield stock. Not complete and damaged. Can be used for repair. But plate is good still can see the US stamp. Looks like it was repaired a long time ago just above the break. I am liquidating the inventory Of a gunsmith that is going out of business. That is all the information I have on it. it was probably a takeoff of a rifle that was refurbished or repaired.
