    Very nice 1886 Sharpshooter Medal named to Lt. C.C. Mattis, Co. A, 13th Infantry Regiment, Pennsylvania National Guard.  Medal is beautifully engraved and includes his score of 651.  Medal in excellent condition.  Outstanding patina and appearance.  No reserve, so good luck.
