1930's BOBBY BENSON'S H-BAR-O RANGER LEATHER HOLSTER SET!!
Per eBay & Fed regs, cap gun can't be converted, doesn't shoot projectiles of any sort & it has the bright orange plug at the end of the barrel.
This is a hard to find, truly vintage 1930s H-BAR-O holster set.
It comes from the mid-to-late 1930s when there was the Bobby Benson Adventures on CBS Radio featuring Bobby & his sidekick cowgirl, Polly, investigating & solving local mysteries. Bobby & Polly were ranchers in Texas at the H-Bar-O Ranch.
Holster is made of leather & cowhide with H-BAR-O RANGER stamped on top. This is the character holster set from the very early CBS Production which shows aging & play wear but still in displayable form.
The early vintage cap gun is solid heavy cast iron HUB made by Hubley.  It's been cap fired with burns but no corrosion.  It works with every pull of the trigger.  Notice the star on each frame side is smaller & encircled differently than the later HUB models currently on eBay.
