You are bidding on 2-Casket Unused Mausoleum Crypt plot at Clover Leaf Cemetery located Rt 1 & NJ-35, Woodbridge Township, NJ 07095. Current market value is ,895.00, so selling at a considerable discount. Includes Opening & Closing and accommodates 2 caskets. There will be a one time NJ State mandated Preservation and Maintenance fee of approx. 0 due from purchaser which goes to the cemetery.  This plot is located in the Garden Mausoleum Section 27, Row J, Level 2, Crypt #24, Number of Entombment's Two (2). Caskets not included ~ Certified check preferred. These were purchased by my parents and not used, I'm their son. Thank you ~ Please look at the photos, ask for more if you need them, and always ask questions before buying. We only take returns because ebaY forces us too. Please realize, if the item you are sent is altered in any way, (we leave a removable distinguishing mark somewhere on all of our items), we will not honor a refund and will file a fraud complaint with ebay. Returns are only accepted if the item is not as described, and at the expense of the buyer for the cost of the return shipping. No expressed guarantee unless otherwise noted.
