DESCRIPTION:
These plots are near the edge of the park for "easy in / easy out" access for visits.
The neighbors are very quiet.
If you are pre-planning your funeral or if you need a grave site now, here is your chance to save a lot of money.

APPROXIMATE LOCATION:
The approximate location of the plots are near the red circle on the map. If you want to visit the
exact
spot you should ask the memorial park to show you the exact location of the plots.
SHIPPING:
There are no Shipping charges!
But, the buyer is responsible for all of the costs to transfer the deed into his or her name.
PS: I called Ottawa Hills Memorial Park on 5/21/2021 and they told me the price is 5 per deed. So, if you put both plots on one deed, it is 5. If you split them into two deeds it would be 0 (5 for each deed). They also told me if you pre-pay a grave opening, vault, etc the deed transfer is credited towards your purchase (making the transfer free).  I don't know if it has to be done at the time of transfer or not.  Please call Ottawa Hills to verify this information. I would list the phone number, but Ebay would remove it.
PPS: I think the graves might be a bit more to the right on the picture - it is hard to tell the exact location from an aerial view. In real life there is a small bench near them. Look for Catherine and Harry "Bud" Rawlings - they are in plots 1 and 2.
