    A friend of mine that is navigating through some difficult times has asked for my help in selling two spots of burial in Spokane. They have been living in the Seattle area many decades now and have plans to go to rest there.
    The plots are in graves 14 & 15 Lot 17N 27W. Garden of Fraternal at
    Riverside Memorial Park in Spokane. I talked with a administrator who said that the plots were indeed owned by my friend and conveyed that one new plot in that section sells for ,620.00 and they are sold out. He told me that they do not buy plots back nor did he volunteer why. He told me that the way people sell and transfer plots goes like this. Sell them the plots and after receiving the funds. He needs the name of the new owner/buyer and contact information and contact information of previous owner/seller and 0.00 for property transfer fee. He then will send the forms to both parties to sign and return indicating this can be done on one's computer or newer phone.
