    Description

I have four adjacent burial plots for sale in Acacia Park Cemetery in North Tonawanda, New York. It is a short distance to Niagra Falls and the Niagra Falls International Airport. The 218 acre park, founded in 1928, is adjacent to North Tonawanda Creek
    .
The lots for sale are located near the Corinthian Column and the Music Tower. Block 37, Lot 11-A, spaces 1-4.
The current price in that section is 55 and I am listing these for 00 each. I prefer to sell as a group of 4 or 2 at a time.
There is a transfer fee of 0 paid by the buyer for Acacia Park to change the deed.
I am out of state, but Acacia Park will assist in the change in ownership. Please visit the cemetery to see the sites before you purchase them.
You can verify the ownership and become aware of any rules and fees governing burials, markers, upkeep, etc.
You can visit the cemetery website or phone them for more information
    .
There is a procedure in New York State for selling lots in most public cemeteries.
First, the cemetery must decline to repurchase the lots- Acacia has declined.
When you decide to purchase the lots, make your payment to me through Paypal and send me your name and address so I can apply to New York State for approval to transfer the cemetery property.
If you are affiliated with the funeral business, you must sign a notarized statement that the purchase is for personal use only, not for resale.
When I receive the approval from New York State, I will then send you the old deed.
At that point, you will need to contact Acacia Park to have a new deed prepared. The fee is 0 per buyer, regardless of the number of lots. I don't know how long this process would take, but I will send the paperwork to NY State within 3 days of receiving payment and your information for the form.
My parents owned these lots and then moved to WV and both have passed on. My brother and I both live in other states and do not plan to use these lots. That is the reason for selling.
Thanks for looking. Please contact me with any questions.
