Adorable OOAK Artist Bisque Kissy Baby for UFDC by Helen M Carr

Description

The most adorable little OOAK kissy baby, this dolls name is Julia and was made by artist Helen M Carr as signed on the upper back of the bisque head and she also signed the tummy. She has the cutest face with her lips pursed to kiss you! The artistry is very well rendered bisque, blue glass set eyes with long eye lashes, and a very high quality kid mohair wig was sewn and made for the little doll.  She is on a baby type body that is jointed at the elbows and knees, her stringing is still ok so she can hold a pose.
She is wearing an antique style pink cotton dress with tiny lace insert and pin tucks with ruffled lace around the puffy sleeves and collar. Matching slip and pantaloons underneath it.
She also has a cute faux pearl necklace, cute ribbons around her wig but also the previous owner bought her a little knit cap! She has the most adorable face that I fell in-love with her instantly. She was made for the doll confederation of 222. I don't know when she was made as there is no date, but sometime in the early 1980s.
