Batman THE DARK KNIGHT 2008 Movie Promo Kit & Joker Business Card Holder Ledger

This is a promo kit for the 2008 Warner Bros. film “The Dark  Knight” starring Christian Bale and Heath Ledger, directed by Christopher  Nolan.
Outer case contains a DVD and  business card holder inscribed “WHY
so SERIOUS?” on the inside of the upper  lid.
The metal cases are silver colored  and highly reflective (which is why the color varies in the photos).
Outer  case measures approx. 9 x 6” and the business card holder 3-1/2 x 2”.

as been in my possession 12+ years during which time it has not been  displayed or the business card holder used.
DVD is labeled as  “Trailer” but I haven't viewed it
