How are Boost Mobile Phones Renewed?
Step 1
We test your renewed phone to ensure good working condition.  We inspect the screen, camera, buttons, liquid damage indicator and battery to guarantee full functionality.
Step 2
We inspect your renewed phone for any major cosmetic damage.  Your phone will be free of cracks or major defects, but may have signs of normal wear and tear including small chips and scratches on the outer frame, and light scratches on the screen.
Step 3
We gently cleanse and sanitize your phone, then pack for you with an OEM quality charger and Boost Mobile SIM Card.

3.  How do I activate? After I receive my iPhone 8 Renewed in the mail, what do I do?
This phone will not be activated. You will need to visit Boost Mobile’s website to activate your phone at:

4.  I am an existing Boost Mobile customer, can I swap to this phone?
Yes, existing customers are eligible for purchase.  Once your phone is received, login to your Boost Mobile account and visit
myaccount.boostmobile.com/dashboard/swap-phones
to swap phones.
5.  Why am I being charged a reactivation fee?
Renewed and refurbished phones may be subject to our standard one-time reactivation charge at the time of activation but will receive a account credit to offset that charge.
6.  What is the return policy?
Buyer's remorse returns will be accepted within 30-days of purchase provided buyer pays return shipping and the following conditions are met:
• Handset must be received in good/new condition with no physical damage.
• Handset must be in original packaging with all accessories.
• Handset must not have a screen (security) lock.
• Handset must not have been activated for more than 7 days.
Please allow 7-14 business days from the date the returned handset is received for inspection, prior to receiving a refund if the return policy requirements are met.
A portion of phone memory storage is dedicated to the operating system and required services. As a result this portion of memory is not usable by applications, pictures, videos or other personal data.
