Acacia Park Cemetery is located at 7800 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago, Illinois 60706. This cemetery’s northern boundary abuts Westlawn Cemetery & Mausoleum, where the famous Jack Ruby was buried in 1967.
These lots were originally purchased in 1956 for the family, but only two graves remain available.
Acacia Park Cemetery sells these plots for ,800.00 each.  These plots are currently offered as a package sale (both lots together) for the combined price of ,095.00! Sorry, the lots will not be sold separately.
Seller pays the 0.00 transfer fee and will promptly deliver all required documents (including notarized affidavit) to the Cemetery at Seller’s expense.
The transfer process is relatively simple.  Buyer should expect reasonable delays due to delivery of documents to and from the Cemetery as Acacia Park Cemetery does everything by mail only.
According to Diane Lindsay of Acacia Park Cemetery, transfer requests are typically processed within one day AFTER the cemetery receives fully executed transfer forms.  A deed for the burial plots will be prepared by the Cemetery and delivered through U.S. mail by the Cemetery directly.
Seller agrees to the following AFTER full payment is received from the Buyer:
1) Seller shall promptly pay a 0.00 transfer fee to Acacia Park Cemetery in order to obtain the transfer forms from Acacia Park Cemetery;
2) Upon receipt of the transfer forms, Seller shall promptly complete and fully execute (including notarization) the transfer forms at Seller’s expense;
3) Seller shall promptly mail the executed transfer forms to Acacia Park Cemetery at Seller’s expense;
4) Seller shall promptly handle all matters within Seller’s control.
