You are looking at a Sports Illustrated copy dated December 9, 1991 signed by Desmond Howard.  He signed with a a very fine black sharpie pen (not a normal sharpie, but fine).  Signature is very very clean and crisp with no smudges or smears.  You are getting the entire magazine with a mailing label that is imprinted on the front.
