Most items are delivered the next working day, but Royal Mail's estimate for this delivery service is 1-3 days. However, please bear in mind that we cannot contact Royal Mail about deliveries that have not arrived until ten working days have passed.
Both will arrive next working day.
International shipments are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked for small and lower value items and an express tracked courier service for everything else.
Please note, due to restrictions from our couriers, we are unable to ship to Russia.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please return to the address below with a short cover note explaining the reason return and what you would like done, a note of ebay user name, and a copy of your receipt. This will ensure that your return is dealt with as quickly as possible.

Items that are returned to us in perfect unopened and unused condition will receive a full refund.
Any item that has been opened or used will incur a 10% restocking/repackaging fee.

We are unable to accept returns of consumables that have been opened, this includes batteries, memory cards, filters, paper and FILM.
