If the item is damaged because of our packaging please send pictures and description of the damage. We will let you know if we want to send a return label or just return the money for the item. Depending on what service we use to ship, it may be covered under the insurance. If the item comes to you damaged and it has insurance we will ask that you bring the item to your post office to see if it is covered under the insurance plan included. Please ask any questions you may have with this.
Please choose your shipping option wisely.  The USPS has been experiencing major delays due to high volumes.  Although USPS is typically the cheapest shipping option, and based on the fact that we keep our handling time to one business day,  your package may not arrive in the time frame that eBay forecasts.  If you are concerned with the time frame of shipping, your best bet may be to choose either UPS or FedEx shipping services.
