Warranty:
We offer money back refund of winning price for authorized return (RMA) of item within 3days from the date of delivery. Items should be in good resalable conditions as they are when shipped and delivered from us. Shipping charges are not refundable due to their unrecoverable nature. Buyer shall pay for return shipping via trackable shipping services such as UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation.
Returns:
All claims for defective product must be made within the first 14 days following delivery. A Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA) must be assigned for all returning products. You can request a RMA via eBay message. All packages with out RMA# will be hold aside until claimed. Buyer must return product with valid tracking number first, to receive full item refund. If a product arrives and was damage during postage, please take digital photos of the package.
In any return situation the buyer is responsible for all return postage.
