Jan Shackelford doll Lindsey "My First Mickey Ears" 2006. Condition is "Used".
Lindsey is big, about 24 inches and heavier than most other Jan dolls. She can wear 6/9/12 month old clothing. I like to think of her more as a toddler than a baby. She is truly one of a kind, signed by both Jan and her daughter Lindsey.
Unfortunately the circumstances of my mother and I buying her are a little fuzzy. We were buying a lot of Jan dolls at that time and I cannot recall if we bought her directly from Jan or if we liked her, missed her, and bought her secondhand when the original owner thought she was too big. . . . Either way she has been with us since 2006.
She is a beautiful doll, she has a sweet little ":3" face and I found it easier to shop for her because she can wear older baby clothes. Unfortunately she needs to find a new loving home as my mother and I need to downsize our collections.
Included in the sale is the doll and outfits pictured (Minnie dress, Mickey ears, Christmas dress and hat, handmade John Deer dress)
