  • Condition: Good condition for playset and furniture from 100 years ago. The Dining Room has good clear graphics, the left side wall has a buckle in the metal between two diagonal corners; there is some paint loss or pitting around the top edge; there's a small circular dent to the center front of the rug and there's several tiny paint loss areas/tiny scratches throughout the rug. Most of these areas are not visible while on display. Displays well. The credenza/buffet/console radio has good paint and graphics with no paint to the back and appears to have corrosion (not visible from the front); the China Cabinet has clear and bright graphics; the table has good graphics with very minor pin point marks on the top; the two chairs have some paint loss to the edges.     Marx Newlyweds 1920's Tin Litho Dining Room and Five Pieces Of Furniture.
    The Dining Room measures 5 inches by 3 1/8 inches by 2 3/8 inches.
