Super rare document.
From New Baden, IL. For a Sunday Schooler named John Jennings in 1931. Great old gold foil seals with ribbons underneath.
The matting is broken away from the document. The document has torn and missing pieces that the matting helps to hide. I suspect
was matted many years after the 1931 issue date.   :D
