This item is brand new and has only been opened for inspection purposes. It has never been displayed or handled other than for taking the above listing photos. The media contents are factory sealed, while the sunglasses are loose in plastic. It is complete with all originally included items including:

There is one dent on one side of the briefcase
There are two dents on the bottom side of the briefcase
There is light wear all around to the briefcase (slight rubbing from storage)
