This cemetery is one of the city’s oldest, opening in 1907.
These adjacent spaces are located in an older section of the cemetery not far from the famous Tower of Memories landmark mausoleum (they are in a southerly direction from the tower).
Conveniently located near a curved interior roadway, these plots use flat grave markers and plaques for easy maintenance as well as pleasing visual continuity.
Large Colorado blue spruce trees line the edge of this region of the cemetery on its southern side.
A contemplative memorial sits in this section as well with the inscription, “
The Lord is My Shepherd, I Shall Not Want, He Leadeth Me Beside the Still Waters
”.
These two plots have a legal description as follows:
Section 3 & 4 of Unit C, Lot 19, Block 69.
A single plot in this section currently retails for 95 or ,990 for both.
In order to find the right buyer who appreciates the history and setting of this historic cemetery, we are offering each single plot at a reduced price of 95 + 5 transfer fee each (,990 + 90 transfer fee).
The transfer fee is required by the cemetery association and would be paid directly to them.
