Up to 16 cemetery plots for sale at Beth Israel Cemetery in Woodbridge, NJ 07095

Three generations ago (in 1931!), a relative purchased a large group of cemetery plots at Beth Israel Cemetery in Woodbridge, New Jersey. A generation later, everyone in the family moved to the West Coast, so the deeds and maps for the plots have been sitting in a safe for years and years. Since nobody is on the East Coast anymore, we have no use for the plots and are offering them for sale.
The plots are in Block 5 and are all adjacent, split across 4 different rows. 4 plots are in Row A, 5 plots are in Row B, 5 plots are in Row C, and 2 plots are in Row D. Will sell smaller groups of the plots (minimum 4), but we reserve the right to ensure that large lots aren't split up if you are buying a smaller number.
As of this posting, current value of each plot is ~,500 if purchased directly from the cemetery. We're pricing them to sell and will work with the buyer to quickly handle all requirements for transferring the property. Buyer will be responsible for any transfer fees imposed by the cemetery (These would be paid directly to the cemetery, not us, and we will confirm what they are before finalizing the purchase. Last we checked, there is a one-time 9 fee for a Transfer Deed and a maintenance transfer fee of 15% of the CURRENT VALUE of each plot.)
