Rare Victoria Club Permit license Plate.
This is in excellent used condition, with only minor signs of use.
As per eBay rules this is over 3 years old.
I have been collecting plates for over 30 years, and this is in my collection in the UK. The plates I am selling are simply overstock, which allows me to create more room to buy other plates for my collection
