Vintage1880's Anson Mills 12 Gauge Web Belt with Brass Hunting Dog Buckle with 3 game hooks.
The belt was patented Feb 1 ,1881 as shown on the back of the buckle:

The 12 gauge shell fits nicely and is just for demonstration. The first two holder's have been removed but still holds a full box of 25 on the belt.
The current size is approximately 34 inches but can be extended another 6 inches.
