Vintage Japanese Tin Y Shaped Santa Claus Whistle

This unususl tin whistle is one I have not had before. The bad news is that it is in rough condition with rust along the edges and lighter speckles of rust across the front surface. The back is quite darkened with age.
The Y shaped whistle comes in other litho designs (Cowboy, Acrobat Clown) but this is the first Santa I have seen. A Christmas bell and a candle are on the top arms of the Y while Santa's face is on the mouthpiece. The whistle is 2.5 inches (6.3 cm) tall.
The whistle has a pleasant two tone sound. It might do until you can find a better one.
