Offered for sale and your consideration, 2 side by side cemetery plots ,650.00each and less than the ,900 asking price by White Chapel for any remaining grave sites in this section.   (Section 1168, Block B, grave # 4 & 5) directly adjacent to a designated Michigan Historical Site, the Polar Bear Monument of White Chapel Cemetery, Troy, MI .  The graves are sold as a pair and will not be sold individually, as only a few plots remain within the section and block, yet alone as a pair and centrally located. The burial sites are located immediately to the West End of the Temple of Memories Mausoleum, East and adjacent to the Polar Bear Monument and South West of the central fountain/pond- Mirror Lake.  The 2 side by side grave sites are centered and located North of the large and graceful spruce trees. Finding 2 side by side plots adjacent to the Polar Bear monument of White Chapel is almost an impossible search (needle in a haystack). Another important feature is the plots are located on a higher piece of ground, not prone to flood, compared to some areas within the cemetery, as the entire cemetery is on flat ground, with many low lying areas.  As in real estate, it comes down to location, location, location.
